preferabil mai mari (mai scad cat stau la cuptor)&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; unt&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; o legatura marar (sau marar de la sare)&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; cinci catei de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; doua oua&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; pesmet (vezi in functie de cum se leaga compozitia, in jur de sase linguri sunt suficiente)&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; sare, un varf de cutit de chili &lt;br /&gt;=&gt; doua linguri de masline fara samburi&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; parmezan sau cascaval ras&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; cateva frunzulite de patrunjel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;object width="425" ciupercile &lt;br /&gt;=&gt; toci "piciorusele" ciupercutelor, toci mararul, tai felii mai groase cateii de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; bati ouale ca pentru ompleta, cu sarea, chiliul si adaugi in ploaie pesmetul, apoi celelalte ingrediente: ciupercile tocate, mararul, usturoiul, maslinele; daca este nevoie, mai adaugi pesmet, pana cand compozitia are consistenta unei budinci&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; preincalzesti cuptorul, ungi un vas termorezistent cu ulei de masline &lt;br /&gt;=&gt; cu dosul (de altfel, neted si bombat) al unei lingurite, ungi bine cu unt interiorul ciupercilor, apoi pui compozitia, dar nu umpli pana la marginea de sus (cam ca la ardei umpluti, se lasa un pic de spatiu, ca sa nu se "reverse" umplutura)&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; asezi tacticos ciupercile in vasul yena, acoperi cu capacul (sau cu o folie de aluminiu pe care o intepi din cand in cand) &lt;br /&gt;=&gt; sunt gata in aproximativ 30 de minute, deci ai timp sa convoci familionul sau un prieten/mai multi, ca doar n-o sa mananci singur(a) si neconsolat(a)!&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; cand le scoti din cuptor si sunt fierbinti, presara niste parmezan ras (ori macar cascaval) pe deasupra si pune cate o frunzulita de patrunjel verde&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Bunatatea rezultata merge cu&lt;/span&gt; mamaliguta calda si smantana sau se lasa la racit si se mananca pe post de /&gt;*sase oua&lt;br /&gt;*doua linguri de faina de porumb&lt;br /&gt;*sare&lt;br /&gt;*piper&lt;br /&gt;*patru liguri de ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;*marar verde&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cum faci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*scoti pielea de la pulpele de pui, le tai cuburi;&lt;br /&gt;*oparesti 5 sec. rosiile si le cojesti, apoi le tai felioare;&lt;br /&gt;*cureti "zebra" dovlecelul si il tai felii cam de 5 mm grosime;&lt;br /&gt;*cureti si tai morcovul in rondele;&lt;br /&gt;*toci marunt mararul;&lt;br /&gt;*dai drumul la cuptor, sa-l preincalzesti;&lt;br /&gt;*bati bine trei oua, cu sare, piper si adaugi in ploaie maialul; bati, bati, iti razbuni tatzi nervii, pana se omogenizeaza; torni jumatate din rezultatul bine cotonogit in vasul uns cu ulei de masline;&lt;br /&gt;*asezi rondelele de dovlecel si de morcov, apoi torni si restul din ouale batute;&lt;br /&gt;*deasupra, asezi felioarele de rosii;&lt;br /&gt;*adaugi cuburile de pui asezonate cu ulei, sare si piper; dai la cuptor, pentru vreo 20 min, la foc mic;&lt;br /&gt;*bati ouale ramase, cu sare, piper, o lingura de ulei si mararul tocat; torni peste chestia aia care deja miroase de-ti pocnesc maxilarele de pofta; lasi la cuptor inca 10 min, tot la foc mic;&lt;br /&gt;*se lasa la racit 10 min., apoi se scufunda vasul pana la marginea sa in chiuveta cu apa rece, se tine cateva secunde si se rastoarna musacaua pe un platou;&lt;br /&gt;*se papa cu pofta, impartind-o cu familia si/sau prietenii, stropita cu un vin alb demi-sec de Murfatlar sau cu ce-or fi vrand muschii bucatarului.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pe fundal... ce sa zic, ori liniste si pace, ori melodia voastra preferata. În plus, sînt nişte călduri care determină apa să-mi tîşnească prin toţi porii, cam cum păţea Tom cînd bea apă după ce Jerry îl ciuruia cu mitraliera.&lt;br /&gt;Aşadar, m-am inspirat din salatele greceşti şi mi-am făcut o salată de-li-cioa-să! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ştii deja, da? Dai drumul la muzică:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;object width="425" height="344"&gt;&lt;param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/g7hqJzC0wW0&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;"&gt;&lt;/param&gt;&lt;param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"&gt;&lt;/param&gt;&lt;param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"&gt;&lt;/param&gt;&lt;embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/g7hqJzC0wW0&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"&gt;&lt;/embed&gt;&lt;/object&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- un castron mare şi colorat, în care să aibă loc minunea de salată&lt;br /&gt;- două roşii mari şi foarte bine coapte&lt;br /&gt;- patru castraveţi verzi, mici şi proaspeţi (ştii cum se aleg, da? trebuie să fie rigizi, iar cînd apeşi puţin coaja, dacă se "ridează", castraveţii sînt prea "moleşiţi" pentru a-i băga în seamă şi-n sacoşă)&lt;br /&gt;- jumătate de caserolă de tofu (brînză de soia; mie îmi place varianta simplă şi afumată, de la Inedit)&lt;br /&gt;- cimbru uscat&lt;br /&gt;- jumătate de conservă de fasole albă fiartă&lt;br /&gt;- jumătate de ardei verde gras&lt;br /&gt;- o bucată de varză albă, cam cît jumătate de palmă &lt;br /&gt;- sare, piper, oţet de mere, ulei de măsline.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ce şi cum:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- speli bine legumele&lt;br /&gt;- tai roşiile în felii subţiri, castraveţii în cuburi, varză - "fideluţă" cît mai fină, ardeiul în bastonaşe &lt;br /&gt;- clăteşti cu apă rece şi scurgi fasolea şi tofu şi tai brînza în cuburi&lt;br /&gt;- presari sare, piper, cimbru, stropeşti cu oţetul, apoi amesteci uşurel - ai pus varză deja şi cred că nu vrei să rezulte "o varză" per total...&lt;br /&gt;- laşi cinci minute, să se întrepătrundă aromele, apoi stropeşti cu două linguri de ulei de măsline şi amesteci iar cu tandreţe&lt;br /&gt;- îţi anunţi soţul ori soţia că masa e gata :)&lt;br /&gt;- pentru răcoreală, merge foarte bine o socată - eu am avut de la o verişoară de-a mamei, poate reuşesc s-o îmbăt şi să-i smulg reţeta :D&lt;br /&gt;- în lipsă, prepară-ţi o limonadă iac-aşa: zeama de la o jumătate de lămîie, două linguriţe de miere, 1 litru de apă plată.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bun a mai fost totul!... Eh, în fine, dedic (!) această salată tuturor celor care au avut măcar o dată senzaţia că cineva le muşcă din ficatul propriu şi personal.&lt;br /&gt;Depresia de primăvară şi blestemul "mîncaţi-aş ficaţii!" se repară cel mai bine cu salată de ficăţei de pui. Ultima mea recidivă s-a consumat încet şi savuros chiar pe melodia de mai sus. A fost bine, am remarcat apoi mugurii primăvăratici &lt;em&gt;everywhere...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*o tigaie de teflon&lt;br /&gt;*un castron mare de sticlă&lt;br /&gt;*un capac potrivit pentru tigaia împricinată&lt;br /&gt;*o salată verde mare&lt;br /&gt;*zece roşii &lt;em&gt;cherry&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*o ceapa medie&lt;br /&gt;*jumătate de kilogram de ficat de pui&lt;br /&gt;*o lămîie&lt;br /&gt;*două linguri de ulei de măsline&lt;br /&gt;*sare şi piper&lt;br /&gt;*două ouă proaspete.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*programezi melodia pe &lt;em&gt;repeat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*tai ceapa &lt;em&gt;julien&lt;/em&gt;, adică în feliuţe foarte subţiri&lt;br /&gt;speli foarte bine ficatul de pui, îl scurgi şi îi dai drumul în tigaie, după ce ai călit 30 de secunde ceapa într-o lingură de ulei de măsline, pui capacul şi laşi la foc mic, pînă se face; laşi la răcit&lt;br /&gt;*pui ouăle la fiert, după ce apa începe să clocotească, le laşi 3 minute fix, apoi iei ibricul, scurgi apa şi laşi ouăle în apă rece (se vor decoji atît de uşor, ai să vezi)&lt;br /&gt;*fredonezi? aşa, credeam că iar ai uitat...&lt;br /&gt;*speli bine salata, sub jet de apă călîie, nici foarte rece, nici caldă, ai să vezi că asta e temperatura ideală pentru ca vegetalele să-şi vină în fire; laşi frunzele la scurs pe un prosop curat&lt;br /&gt;*presezi ouăle cu furculiţa, adaugi un praf de sare şi sucul de la lămîie, baţi bine, apoi pui şi lingura de ulei de măsline rămasă; ce sos iese, aaaah! ţine-te bine&lt;br /&gt;*rupi frunzele de salată, arunci deasupra ficatul de pui, roşiile tăiate în jumătăţi, amesteci uşor, torni sosul de ouă şi &lt;em&gt;no one can get in the way of what you"re feeling&lt;/em&gt;... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bon appetit!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; o cana sau un vas mare de sticla (e important, pentru ca sticla nu determina oxidarea substantelor din preparat)&lt;br /&gt;&gt; o radacina de ghimbir&lt;br /&gt;&gt; doi litri de apa plata&lt;br /&gt;&gt; doua linguri de suc de lamiie&lt;br /&gt;&gt; un praf mic-mic de sare&lt;br /&gt;&gt; sase pastilutze de zaharina (sau doua lingurite de miere, daca n-ai probleme cu profilul;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&gt; curetzi ghimbirul, il tai feliutze si-l pui in cana/vas&lt;br /&gt;&gt; pui sucul de lamiie si sarea, zaharina zdrobita/mierea&lt;br /&gt;&gt; torni apa plata, amesteci si lasi la temperatura camerei trei ore&lt;br /&gt;&gt; pentru ca iei lecitina, iti aduci aminte sa mai amesteci din cind in cind in licoare (cu o lingura de lemn, nu de metal - oxidarea substantelor bla bla bla;)&lt;br /&gt;&gt; torni in sticla (de sticla ar fi cel mai bine - NU SINT REDUNDANTA, ce vrei, daca termenii si-ai pierdut proprietatea?!) si dai la frigider&lt;br /&gt;&gt; Si ca sa vedeti diferenta, daca nu ati postit niciodata pina acum, faceti asta pentru o saptamina, poate chiar inainte de Craciun, apoi de Sarbatori papati cirnati ca de obicei si vedeti cind va simtiti mai bine: dupa o masa usoara si hranitoare sau dupa o masa hranitoare, dar super-greu de digerat? Hm... Ca doar nu vrem - vorba Andreei Esca - sa ne petrecem iarasi luna ianuarie hranindu-ne prin fotosinteza?! ;D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&gt; un vas jena &lt;br /&gt;&gt; jumatate de pachet de macaroane (pentru ca reteta cere ca pastele sa se lipeasca, eu optez pentru Pambac, nu pentru Barilla cum fac la alte retete)&lt;br /&gt;&gt; inca nu ascult colinde, pentru ca ma apuca visarea si nu mai am chef de treaba, de citit, de invatat, de scris pentru licenta etc., etc., asa ca pune si tu un Incubus, ceva, ca sa te mentii pragmatic(a)!&lt;br /&gt;&gt; o conserva mica de rosii depelate (separi trei sferturi din sos si-l pui in alt castronel)&lt;br /&gt;&gt; o legatura de marar sau doua lingurite de marar pus la sare (cum, n-ai pus marar?!? =&gt; merge si de la plicutetz, dar nu garantez savoarea...)&lt;br /&gt;&gt; un cub cam cit mobilu' de brinza tofu&lt;br /&gt;&gt; jumatate de pachet de cascaval vegetal&lt;br /&gt;&gt; lamiie&lt;br /&gt;&gt; pasta de rosii de la conserva&lt;br /&gt;&gt; o conserva de ton in suc propriu &lt;br /&gt;&gt; ulei de masline, cam doua lingurite&lt;br /&gt;&gt; sare si piper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&gt; pui apa intr-un vas mare, o lingura de sare, iar cind da in clocot pune macaroanele la fiert (in 8 minute sint gata; stiu ca stii procedura standard :), dar de data asta nici nu le scurgi rapid si nici nu le clatesti cu apa rece, doar stingi focul si le lasi in acelasi vas, sa absoarba cit mai multa apa)&lt;br /&gt;&gt; ajungi la melodia "Love Hurts" de pe albumul celor de la Incubus si macelaresti rosiile in cuburi, le presari cu putina sare si un praf de piper, pui mararul, brinza tofu taiata cuburi, amesteci si lasi sa se intrepatrunda aromele&lt;br /&gt;&gt; dai drumul la cuptor, la foc mediu&lt;br /&gt;&gt; amesteci cu cascavalul dat pe razatoare cu patru-cinci linguri de suc de rosii&lt;br /&gt;&gt; de-abia acum scurgi pastele si le amesteci cu chestiunea de deasupra, cu sosul de rosii si tofu si cu tonul partial scurs de suc&lt;br /&gt;&gt; ungi vasul jena cu ulei de masline, fundul si peretii (te rog, nu ma cita doar partial...:D)&lt;br /&gt;&gt; pui amestecul in vasul jena, deasupra torni restul de suc de rosii, storci citeva picaturi de lamiie, dai cu sare si piper si, deasupra, faci desene abstracte cu linguritele de ulei&lt;br /&gt;&gt; IMPORTANT: reusita retetei depinde de urmatoarea chestie: uleiul nu trebuie sa fie &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;in&lt;/span&gt; compozitie, ci sa dea "fatza", pentru ca impiedica fenomenul prin care (lol!)cascavalul vegetal se face cremos si "se intinde"; trust me! &lt;br /&gt;&gt; lasi la cuptor cam 30 de minute, pina iti vine rau de pofta :D&lt;br /&gt;&gt; intre timp, schimba atmosfera cu "S-o facem lata!" Adica eu ii intreb care-i mincarea lor preferata, ei imi raspund si eu postez reteta pe blog. Nice, nu?&lt;br /&gt;Astazi, scriu despre ostropel, pentru ca este mincarea preferata a Oanei-Elena. Si a mea, de aceea am si ales sa incep cu asta. Asa ca, enjoy, dragii mei devoratori!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; un ceaunel, e important pentru modul in care se va coace totul&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; patru pulpe de pui, patru aripi&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; un kg de rosii bine coapte&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; putin cimbru si o tzira de marar&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; sare mare&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; patru linguri de ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; o lingura de bulion ("Olimpia"=good choice)&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; un ardei gras mic si rosu, ca un sef nervos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; pui la fier carnea, cu un strop de sare, cam 20 min, iei spuma din cind in cind&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; intre timp, oparesti rosiile intr-un clocot de apa fierbinte, le decojesti si le dai pe razareatza&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; scoti carnea si o lasi la scurs pe-o farfurie&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; pui rosiile la fiert, cu uleiul si sarea, cind dau primul clocot, adaugi puiul&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; lasi sa fiarba la foc mic, mic, vreo 20 min, cu capacul pe-o ureche&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; intre timp, faci mamaliguta&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; adaugi verdeata tocata, mai dai un clocot&lt;br /&gt;=&gt; scoti pe farfurie, rastorni mamaliga si SA AI POFTA! Nu mai merg carnurile, decit la gratar, nu mai merg sosurile, decit cu lamiie... Cel mai bine merge insa o salata de fructe adevarata. Incercind sa gasesc cinci asemanari si cinci deosebiri intre blogging si jurnalism, iata ce-a rezultat:&lt;br /&gt;Cele doua chestiuni ale zilei &lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;se aseamana&lt;/span&gt; pentru ca:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;scrii pentru un public&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;bloggingul se confunda chiar, uneori, cu jurnalismul, desi intr-o forma neinstitutionalizata (daca ne gindim la "jurnalismul cetatenesc" de pe bloguri)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;si pe blog, si in media, ai un "spatiu" in care sa te exprimi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;iti cistigi si iti pastrezi publicul in masura in care ii intuiesti interesele in ceea ce priveste informatia, divertismentul si, mai ales, in masura in care scrisul e de calitate&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;poti ajunge formator de opinii&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cele doua chestiuni ale zilei &lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;se deosebesc&lt;/span&gt; pentru ca:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;jurnalismul este o &lt;strong&gt;profesie&lt;/strong&gt;, cu tot ceea ce implica acest lucru&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;pe blog esti total si absolut liber sa scrii ce vrei (ramin de discutat avantajele si dezavantajele), n-ai editor, n-ai producator care sa-ti fixeze subiectele, esti propriul tau sef, intr-o totala democratie a exprimarii&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;em&gt;profesia&lt;/em&gt; de jurnalist, spre deosebire de &lt;em&gt;statutul&lt;/em&gt; de blogger, te obliga la respectarea unor principii fundamentale - etice, ori care tin de imaginea ta in fata publicului (credibilitatea) - si a regulilor de lucru ale profesiei; altfel spus, ai drepturi, indatoriri si o mare responsabilitate&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;ca sa devii blogger nu ai nevoie de bani, de resurse materiale, de formare profesionala si te poti, pur si simplu, autoproclama blogger, in timp ce jurnalistul trebuie sa treaca de furcile caudine ale sefilor pentru a intra intr-o redactie, iar "valoarea sa" nu exista in afara recunoasterii din partea publicului si a angajatorilor&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;din jurnalism faci bani :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;deocamdata (ca, cine stie?), impactul produsului media asupra publicului este net superior celui pe care continutul unui blog il poate avea&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;blogul iti asigura un raspuns imediat, in timp real, din partea publicului&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;jurnalismul, desi contine elemente de interactivitate cu publicul, are la baza o forma de comunicare unidirectionala; blogul, in schimb, "traieste" din dialogul cu publicul sau&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;jurnalismul presupune o munca si mijloace foarte diverse, intr-o echipa in care responsabilitatile sint impartite si structura - ierarhizata&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;bloggingul are marele avantaj de a se fi nascut in mediul internautic, este, asadar, prim mostenitor al tuturor avantajelor; cele mai de seama sint extraordinara, totala deschidere, precum si posibilitatea de a atrage, pe cai uneori mai mult decit funny sau ciudate, un public ce nu facea parte din "tinta" propusa initial (adica dai un Google pe "muraturi" si dai de-un blog despre Parlament; un link nu este o usa spre o "camera", ci spre un puzzle fara sfirsit).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;Drrragi tovarrrasi, bloguiti cu drag si spor in continuare, despre ce va pasioneaza. Si simtiti-va privilegiati ca aveti acces si la jurnalism, si la blogging. Eu spun doar atit: in fata unei prajituri cu mere, ma pretind si eu neimplinita afectiv, poate primesc o portie in plus...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;8 mere mari&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 galbenusuri&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 gr faina alba&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un virf de lingurita de sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr zahar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un pliculet zahar vanilinat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;doua pliculete praf de copt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cacao pentru decorat (mie imi place Nesquick de la Nestle)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;coli de hirtie alba (vezi, noroc de studentia mea! astea cred ca sint cele mai fericite foi! auzi, sa leneveasca ele-n cuptor, sub bucuria asta de prajitura!...)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;pui muzichia (merge o Norah Jones, voce catifelata, miros de mere coapte...), iti faci o &lt;a href="http://www2.blogger.com/post-edit.g?blogID=9209524631539339368&amp;postID=3406943024182791887"&gt;ciocolata calda&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dai drumul la cuptor&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cit se incinge respectivul de mai sus, iei un castron si un tel, pui faina, praful de copt, zaharul si le amesteci, asa, pe uscat, cu telul&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;intr-o canita, bati galbensurile cu sarea, adaugi apa pina umpli cana&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;incorporezi ouale in faina, amesteci, mai adaugi apa, pina aluatul curge ca o ciocolata topita&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;lasi produsul muncii sa se odihneasca, tu mai tragi o dusca de ciocolata calda&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cureti merele de coaja si de cotoare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dai merele prin razareatza mare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ai terminat de baut ciocolata?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;amesteci merele in aluat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;asezi foile in tava intinsa de la cuptor (tava de friptura), le ungi mingietor cu ulei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;bati bine aluatul, turnind uleiul si zaharul vanilinat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;bati si iar bati, pina vezi bule in aluat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;torni rapid compozitia in tava si dai la cuptor&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;potrivesti focul la tare pentru primele 5 minute&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dupa aceea, dai la mic&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;in vreo 20 de minute, prajitura super-pufoasa e gata (incerci cu un bat de chibrit; cind batul iese perfect curat, prajitura e gata)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;SECRETUL pentru pufosenia asta de cookie este sa nu deschizi cuptorul decit cind bagi prajitura si la sfirsit, cind o incerci cu batul de chibrit; daca nu e gata, o mai lasi 5-10 min la foc mic.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;scoti tava, desprinzi prajitura de hirtie, presari cacao deasupra, cit e fierbinte (sa vezi ce fain se topeste!) si o tai in patrate cind se mai racoreste nitel. Asa ca azi mincam o reteta de pe-acolo, in dorul lelii...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 kg ficatei de pui&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;un manunchi de rosii cherry (din alea micute, tip cireasa)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 linguri de ulei de masline&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;zeama de la 1/2 lamiie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;trei degete de cimbru uscat, trei de salvie verde&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;o legatura de usturoi verde&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare mare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;muzica, maestre! adica ceva in genul "Cuba Libre"&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;speli bine ficatul, dar nu-l lasi in apa, ca se face... zdrente&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;pui uleiul, cimbrul si usturoiul tocat la incins&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;dai drumul ficateilor intregi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;coci deasupra focului, tinind tigaia in mina si amestecind prin scuturarea tigaii, nu cu spatula, ca faci ficateii... varza&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;dupa vreo cinci minute, stingi cu zeama de lamiie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;lasi tigaia din mina - aha, amortisesi oleaca... - si pui capac&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;dai la mic pentru cinci minute&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;speli bine rosiile, le tai in doua, presari sare mare si le apesi o tzira, doar o tzira, cu furculita&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;iei capacul ;), adaugi rosiile, amesteci tot prin scuturare, capacesti la loc tigaia si dai focul la tare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;asezi ceva din bunatatea rezultata pe o farfurie, iti torni un vin alb demi-sec, incui usa, dai muzica mai tare si "Viva Cuba Libre!"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#993300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#993300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pofta buna! In primul rind, coacerea in ulei de masline ne scuteste de complicatii hepatice (adica nu lasa ficatul sa ne faca zile amare, nici la propriu, nici la figurat). Apoi, cartofii, rosiile si ardeii grasi contin multa vitamina C. Iar ouale... Ouale sint foarte bune pentru combaterea anemiei si pentru sanatatea parului si a pielii. Poftiti, va rog!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;patru oua mari&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 linguri ulei de masline&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cepe verzi, tocate&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 catei de usturoi, tocati&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ardei grasi, unul verde, unul rosu, tocati&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 rosie, tocata &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cartofi mici, fierti si taiati in cuburi de 1cm/1cm&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;piper alb &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;pui muzica; ceva flamenco, ceva &lt;em&gt;ardente&lt;/em&gt;; pai, ai uitat ca gatitul cere &lt;span style="font-size:180%;color:#ff0000;"&gt;pa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;color:#ff0000;"&gt;siune&lt;/span&gt;?...&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;intr-o tigaie de teflon incingi 1 lingura de ulei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;dai focul la mic si adaugi ceapa si usturoiul, calesti 2 minute, amestecind&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;adaugi ardeii si rosia, cartofii si sarea&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;pui putina apa, acoperi si lasi sa fiarba 10 minute, la foc mic, mic&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;in alta tigaie, incingi cealalta lingura de ulei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;dai la mic si adaugi ouale, lasi pe foc cca 1 min, pina se intaresc pe margini&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;cu o spatula subtire, desprinzi marginea omletei si ridici astfel incit portiunea de oua crude sa curga sub cea prajita&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;repeti "operatiunea" cam 3 min, pina mijlocul omletei este complet inchegat, dar inca umed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;dezlipesti usor omleta, cu spatula si o faci sa alunece din tigaie pe farfurie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;deasupra, pui legumele si tai omleta in sferturi, presari piperul&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;color:#ff6600;"&gt;Ah, ce bunatate aburinda!... Asta e... Dar eu zic asa: tine-o tu cu drag si spor in marinata urmatoare si-ai sa vezi cit de buna poate fi! Se fragezeste, se face asa de moale si de faina, pierde gustul de oita si da bine de tooot la stomacel!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;speli carnea foarte bine&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;o lasi la scurs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;o clocotesti de doua ori in apa sarata, o lasi sa se raceasca, apoi o pui la marinat.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cum faci marinata:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;amesteci 50 ml otet de vin cu sare si piper, 2 foi de dafin, 3 pahare de vin rosu, o ceapa tocata, un morcov mic taiat felioare (completezi cu vin daca e cazul, pentru ca intreaga bucata de carne sa fie cuprinsa de marinata)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;se lasa in aceasta solutie 24 de ore, la rece.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Inainte de a o gati, faci un pic de doctorul si, folosind o seringa sterila, injectezi carnea cu marinata, din loc in loc. ii bagi la oala&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sper ca ai dat deja drumul la muzica!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;speli si cureti ardeiul, il tai fisioare si-l dai pe topoganul farfuriei pina-n valurile clocotite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;adaugi uleiul si sarea&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;lasi sa fierba&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;astepti oleaca&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;inca oleaca (20 de minute)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pui borsul acru&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;mai lasi la fiert inca 20 minute&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;gaaaaata!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cum maninci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;pentru referinte, vezi poza&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;adica mai o smintinica&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;mai o ceapa verde&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cu piine sau mamaliga si dai, frate, si papa!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pofta mare!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;Buuuun de tooot!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt; I se pierd toate calitatile, exact cum se intimpla si in cazul mierii. De aceea acestea doua se adauga intotdeauna dupa ce ai lasat ceaiul, de exemplu, la racorit macar 5-6 minute.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;So, ai nevoie de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;o craticioara cu apa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;un borcan &lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;de sticla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;trei lamii mari si coapte (iti dai seama de asta daca galbenul lamiii este foarte intens si, daca stringi un pic, iese ulei din coaja)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;trei pliculete de zahar vanilinat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 linguri de zahar brun (e cel mai sanatos zahar, se absoarbe mai lent si nu-ti provoaca mai apoi crize de hipoglicemie)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;pui apa la fiert&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;tai lamiile in sferturi si sferturile in feliute (ai dezlegare la salivat...)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;amesteci zaharul brun cu zaharul vanilinat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;presari o lingura de zahar-amestec pe fundul borcanului, asezi feliutele de la o lamiie, inca o lingura de zahar, inca o lamiie si-nc-o data aceeasi operatiune, iar deasupra torni celelalte trei linguri de zahar.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;zbati cu drag si spor pina vezi ca zaharul a aderat uniform la feliile de lamiie europeana&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;aaa, inainte de asta pui capacul la borcan :D&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;apa fierbe, nu-i asa? pui borcanul la fiert cinci minute&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;il scoti, il lasi la racit si dup-aia il pastrezi la frigider&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;la fel ca si in dosarul "ulei de morcovi", cu cit e mai "odihnita", cu atit lamiia la borcan e mai buuuuna! E foarte bun si usor de preparat!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;intr-un recipient &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;de sticla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; (un borcan sau o sticla de nectar cu gura mai larga) de 200 de ml pui doi morcovi rasi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;torni ulei de masline pina la umplere &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;adaugi un virf de cutit de sare mare (intensifica mult aroma si conserva bine)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;stringi bine capacul si zbati vreo doua minute, pina se amesteca totul si se formeaza bule mici de aer&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;lasi doua ore la temperatura camerei, dupa care dai la frigider&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cu cit este mai "vechi", cu atit este mai bun! Inca un lucru: este foarte important ca la orice salata in care pui morcov sa folosesti ulei si lamiie. Vitaminele C, A si betacarotenul au nevoie de o baza uleioasa pentru a putea fi asimilate de organism. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dureaza: &lt;/strong&gt;15 minute&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;patru morcovi potriviti (ai grija sa fie proaspeti; iti dai seama de asta daca radacinoasa cu pricina este rigida la indoire)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;o jumatate de caserola de brinza de soia (mie imi place tofu de la "Inedit" - gustoasa si nemodificata genetic)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;un ardei gras verde&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;trei linguri ulei de masline&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;o jumatate de lamiie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;busuioc verde cit iei cu trei degete (sau patrunjel, dar nu te astepta la acelasi gust)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;daca vrei, sare si piper (sare nu-ti recomand, ca are brinza destula si busuiocul da savoare, piper nici atit, ca faci cosuri si gastrita).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ce faci:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;speli foarte bine morcovii (e foarte important sa speli legumele inainte de a le curata, pentru ca altfel microbii de pe coaja contamineaza interiorul)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;cureti morcovii si ii dai pe razatoarea mare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;torni uleiul, amesteci &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;adaugi ardeiul taiat cuburi si brinza data pe razatoarea mare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;strivesti busuiocul intre degete (ca pe inamicul public nr.1, ah! ce bine-i!) si-l presari deasupra&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;adaugi zeama de la jumatatea de lamiie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;lasi 5 minute sa se odihneasca&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;treci la atac!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Precizare: &lt;/em&gt;Inca un lucru, lasat strategic la urma, sa nu-ti piara pofta de mincare: morcovii sint un excelent remediu impotriva parazitilor intestinali. Si sa maninc. Si nu, nu-mi vine sa-mi fac vreo liposuctie cind vad cite o silueta-grisina pe strada. Imi place sa savurez fiecare bucatica, sa maninc pe indelete, sa ma bucur de papica cea de toate zilele. Asta mentinindu-mi o greutate "normala, chiar onorabila la inaltimea ta", ca sa-mi citez medicul de familie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am zis &lt;strong&gt;ce-mi place.&lt;/strong&gt; Stiti voi, in my imaginary world, with my imaginary friends...&lt;br /&gt;In realitate, am foarte, dar &lt;em&gt;foarte putin timp&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;la dispozitie&lt;/em&gt; ca sa-mi pregatesc mincarea si s-o ingurgitez. As putea alege varianta mincatului prin oras, ceva de la patiserie, ceva de la fast-food, mai pe la vreun restaurant... Insa kilogramele si stomacul in piuneze&lt;br /&gt;nu-mi permit. Prefer sa maninc sanatos si super-gustos - nu, nu-i o contradictie in termeni, cum credeati - petrecind foarte putin timp in bucatarie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asa ca asteptati-va la retete faine, care nu va trimit la spital cu vreo criza de bila, foarte gustoase, cu ingrediente naturale, convenabile ca pret - ca, deh!, sint eu mare bucatareasa, dar inainte si-nainte sint shtudinta! - pregatite rapid, prin procese tehnologice in spiritul eticii si deontologiei culinare!
